I took my computer in for repair (it would not power up) and was told that I would have a repair quote within 24 hrs. I had to pay $40 upfront, this would be applied to the repair bill. It was Saturday, by Tuesday I still haven’t heard from anyone so Wednesday I called. I was told he JUST started to look into it and he ‘thinks’ it’s the Power Supply Unit. I asked for a repair quote via email, detailing the diagnosis, the replacement part and cost. The next day I received a very short email with the replacement part (no make or model) and price. No information on what he had done to my computer and how he came to that conclusion OR how long it would take to get the part in and estimated repair time.So Saturday (I was out of town on a trip at this point), my husband called again to see if they had anymore information, and they hadn’t done anything else to diagnose the problem but instead offered him a ‘better’ computer they had for sale in their store. Monday we went in to speak with the technician again, and to take a look at their model they had for sale. Theirs was 5 yrs old (ours only 3), theirs had a slower processor (Intel5) ours is a Intel7, AND smaller memory (ours has 1tb), I don’t remember theirs. AND the tech was trying to tell me theirs was better and didn’t mention it is a refurbished model.So again, I asked him if they had looked at our, and STILL all I got was ‘I think it’s the PSU’. We’ll, by this time they should KNOW (it’s been a week)!! I asked again, for an email with details on my problem and a repair quote. (I really didn’t want to have a new PSU put in if they weren’t SURE that was my problem). He assured me we would have the quote the next day. Then NOTHING!! On Tuesday I went in, and picked up my computer. No ‘I’m sorry we didn’t get to it’, OR a ‘thank you for your business’.I did a little research, watched some YouTube videos and purchased a OEM PSU online. Took 3 days to come in. Replaced the part (myself) and guess what, it still doesn’t work. So in the end it was NOT the PSU. And I’m still out the $40 for absolutely nothing.I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANOTHER COMPUTER back to Fanelli Boys Tech Repair. Completely incompetent!!

Kudos to AlexS., Fanelli Boys home tech, who helped us through the difficult process of connecting our devices to a new modem.Alex was thorough and knowledgeable about the process. He was polite and thoughtful as he explained the new setups to us. Alex was conscientious of the time frame he was working under and tried to use his time wisely to keep the costs down. He even stopped by later, at no charge, to help us understand and clarify pass words that were confusing. Going beyond the call of duty seems to be his forte! We fell very blessed to have met up with him.Most of all, beyond his aptitude for the job, Alex was friendly, enjoyed his work, and made us felt comfortable. We learned a lot from his visits.Again, we pass along kuddos to Alex S.—a valuable asset to the Fanelli Boys He is a good representative for your business. I recently took my ancient, dead computer to Fanelli Boys for repair. They explained everything I needed to know to understand that my computer was beyond rebirth. With their expertise, in less than a week I was back up and running with a very reasonably priced upgrade. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They will be my go to for all phone and computer repairs and upgrades.

Levi was an amazing help with replacing my iphone11 screen. He knew what he was doing and now my phone is good as new also he put a screen protector on it and it doesn’t have air bubbles would definitely recommend?, thanks Levi

They provide local service so that you don't have to be without your device. They cost more than the manufacturer, but the turn around time is worth the extra.

They fixed a broken camera on my galaxy s10 in about 5 business days and $150. Called as soon as it was ready for pickup. They also offered to order the part and install at my convenience so I wouldn't have to leave the phone with them. Camera works great!

While I was on Vacation. My Cellphone Camera was Scratched and unable to take pictures. I tried several local companies out of state to repair it. Nobody was able to help me and told me I need to buy a new phone. When I got home, I thought Fanelli Boys would be my last chance. Sure enough they were able to Replace the back that covers the Camera Lenses. Saved me over $500.00 replacing my phone. Excellent Job!
