Highly recommend for computer repairs. Took my HP Envy 700xt for advice about my HD. Short version...I was advised by Alex to replace it with an SSD. I did and am very happy with the results and a much faster unit. Good work and great price!!!

Very pleasant experience! Kind & caring staff! Also Alex went above and beyond in customer service to show my 8 yr old what he was doing and let him help fix my phone! Highly recommend them for changing screen protectors and cleaning dust out of your charging port.

I was having trouble with my laptop & went to Fanelli Boys in Parkersburg. I got Alex & he helped me with a new computer, transferred everything from my laptop, done it quickly, answered all of my silly questions, & saved me money. He is a great guy to deal with!

I was serviced by Dylan Holdren on two separate days. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and confident in setting up my new phone and bringing me up to speed on its use. I ended up purchasing my phone from CPR because of his excellent service. I look forward to continuing to use CPR for all my computer and phone needs.

I've had great service every time I've been there. I have a computer that they built around 10 years ago and it runs like a top. I've been there twice in two days (my own fault) and they've fixed it and advised I can call in for assistance over the phone. To top that off, Dexter ? is awesome!

I took my computer in for repair (it would not power up) and was told that I would have a repair quote within 24 hrs. I had to pay $40 upfront, this would be applied to the repair bill. It was Saturday, by Tuesday I still haven’t heard from anyone so Wednesday I called. I was told he JUST started to look into it and he ‘thinks’ it’s the Power Supply Unit. I asked for a repair quote via email, detailing the diagnosis, the replacement part and cost. The next day I received a very short email with the replacement part (no make or model) and price. No information on what he had done to my computer and how he came to that conclusion OR how long it would take to get the part in and estimated repair time.So Saturday (I was out of town on a trip at this point), my husband called again to see if they had anymore information, and they hadn’t done anything else to diagnose the problem but instead offered him a ‘better’ computer they had for sale in their store. Monday we went in to speak with the technician again, and to take a look at their model they had for sale. Theirs was 5 yrs old (ours only 3), theirs had a slower processor (Intel5) ours is a Intel7, AND smaller memory (ours has 1tb), I don’t remember theirs. AND the tech was trying to tell me theirs was better and didn’t mention it is a refurbished model.So again, I asked him if they had looked at our, and STILL all I got was ‘I think it’s the PSU’. We’ll, by this time they should KNOW (it’s been a week)!! I asked again, for an email with details on my problem and a repair quote. (I really didn’t want to have a new PSU put in if they weren’t SURE that was my problem). He assured me we would have the quote the next day. Then NOTHING!! On Tuesday I went in, and picked up my computer. No ‘I’m sorry we didn’t get to it’, OR a ‘thank you for your business’.I did a little research, watched some YouTube videos and purchased a OEM PSU online. Took 3 days to come in. Replaced the part (myself) and guess what, it still doesn’t work. So in the end it was NOT the PSU. And I’m still out the $40 for absolutely nothing.I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANOTHER COMPUTER back to Fanelli Boys Tech Repair. Completely incompetent!!

Kudos to AlexS., Fanelli Boys home tech, who helped us through the difficult process of connecting our devices to a new modem.Alex was thorough and knowledgeable about the process. He was polite and thoughtful as he explained the new setups to us. Alex was conscientious of the time frame he was working under and tried to use his time wisely to keep the costs down. He even stopped by later, at no charge, to help us understand and clarify pass words that were confusing. Going beyond the call of duty seems to be his forte! We fell very blessed to have met up with him.Most of all, beyond his aptitude for the job, Alex was friendly, enjoyed his work, and made us felt comfortable. We learned a lot from his visits.Again, we pass along kuddos to Alex S.—a valuable asset to the Fanelli Boys He is a good representative for your business.
