If I could give them a negative rating, I would. the associate there lied to me about whether or not the insurance company of the man who hit my car would pay for the additional insurance coverage he was trying to push on me, and now they're trying to collect a debt they told me wouldn't be my responsibility. Liars, cheaters, and swindlers, they are. Go anywhere else in the world if you want to rent a car.

As usual, I had no issue with renting from Enterprise. I had the vehicle for 37 days and returned it with no issues and was given a ride back to Enterprise from the collision center. The whole process was quick and painless.

Renting from this company has been a nightmare start to finish. They gave me a barely working car when I went to rent from them and I HAD to upgrade to the next class and pay more to rent anything because there was no way the car they gave me from the get go was going to make it on our vacation. So I go on vacation and I ended up cracking the plastic on the mirror of the car (totally my fault). When I get back and file a report with them they wrote down a false statement, false day it happened, false place it happened. Nothing was right. So I correct all of that. I eventually get the bill and they say “you have 60 days to file a claim with your insurance or pay out of pocket.” So I paid the DAY I GOT THE BILL. After jumping through hoop after hoop to pay it with them. And they said they will rescind the claim (they filed day 1 they don’t give you 60 days like they say) And then fast forward WEEKS after I paid my bill in full out of pocket, they file the claim with my insurance. I call their damage recovery unit and say I paid and they say they will rescind the claim again and theres nothing more they can do. So they gave me an unnecessary mark against my insurance after I paid them in full. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE. NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE SENT FROM HELL TO DEAL WITH.

This location is WEIRD. I’ve used Enterprise so many times, and I’ve never heard of them denying someone a rental because they don’t have a credit card. Matter of fact, I recently had a rental through Enterprise up in Massachusetts and I was able to use my debit card to put on file.This morning, my mother in law went to pick up her rental and they denied her because she didn’t have a credit card. She had ONE and decided to close it when her husband passed away last year. Total lack of customer service on this locations part, or sympathy for that matter. Do better.

Last minute rental, in store was very nice and courteous, very prompt. Had my vehicle clean and ready as soon as I got there. We did our walk around, I paid and my family and I was on our way.

Great place to rent many different types of vehicles and with great polite service the vehicles are always clean all three vehicles are new and if not new only within a year or two old with low mileage and very well maintenance

We reserved a minivan for pickup today, they did not have it even though we called yesterday to confirm. Confirmed with Doug. We leave for a road trip today and it seems they knew they wouldn't have a van or anything large but still wanted to try to get us to rent something smaller to make money. They clearly don't care about their customers. Another lady was there who reserved a vehicle for 8 people which they also did not have. Don't use this company!

I've had my rental for about 3 months. The guys were so understanding and patient with me, even staying a little late because of my work schedule to renew my rental. Great service that made a tough situation much easier.

Wasted my time. I'm a truck driver and rent cars very often. I didn't have a Credit card with me cause I planned to be home this weekend. They called to confirm the rental the day before and they didn't explain any of the out of state driver license and cc jumbo. just abunch of other hoops I had to jump through that I was fine with. Well I will avoid enterprise now and recommend my parents do also. We do about 20-30 rentals a year.
