“My phone would not charge efficiently. I assumed my charging port was the issue. He utilized a microscope and I watched on the monitor. He removed lint and debris and now my phone charges perfectly. Took less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend.”

“I went to Really Cheep Geeks in Parkersburg, WVA for an urgent Mac repair. Previously I had gone to Apple. It was going to be $68, at least, for Apple to fix it, AND they said they would call me in 3 to 5 Buisness days once they got the part in. I told this to Ben and he could have charged me twice the $68 and I would have been very happy. He called me within two hours and said "It's done" and......it's $41.
