This pharmacy is worse than Walmart. Always takes entirely too long to pick up prescriptions. I could understand if there was a line of people but the staff are just standing around talking. The prescriptions are already filled and ready for pickup so I don’t understand why it takes this long to get my name and scan the prescription and hand them to me. I’m gonna switch to ExpressScripts.

My doctor’s office sent a new prescription to this pharmacy, zesty morning. I received updates through the app throughout the day. We had an out of town trip the following morning. I went in later to pick up some refilled prescriptions, they were there. My new one was not. I was told it had to be sent back. It was now after five. The doctor’s office was closed. They did not tell me it was not approved by my insurance. They did not offer me the option to pay full cost. Or did they offer a coupon to assist in the cost. We went through the drive through later that evening. The tech at the window was fine. When he went back to talk with the pharmacist, the pharmacist rolled his eyes and looked up to the ceiling,, raised both hands, showing his displeasure with us. Still no explanation of what was going on with my prescription. There was a great lack of care and concern for us. I have always loved the front end management of this location. It is close to our home. All it would have taken was an explanation and some consideration.02/08/2023.

NO star!Pharmacy only* I understand that pharmacies are busy especially this time of year, but people get sick and need medication. That's your job if you don't like it then you are in the wrong profession. They didn't speak to me except to say hold on and then proceeded to argue with me about my script that I was showing her that was called in on my chart. She was very rude and pharmacist just stood there listening letting her proceed to talk to me like I'm not human or something. I just walked out because I wasn't feeling well to begin with and wasn't going to stoop to their level. Very unprofessional.Will not be going back and will not be recommending to anyone.

Went in to pick up a script, was told it wasn’t called in but that there was a message still he needed to listen to. I waited and shopped, grabbed a few things..walked back and asked the girl to ring me out, was told he still hasn’t listen to the ONE message STILL left, and I’m waiting to hear about my child’s medication. Can he not put this puzzle together? Looked to me like this young man was in over his head at a big pharmacy job. The rest of the workers also looked a mess..bins filled, trash on the floor, and cashiers that look like they rolled out of bed and just gave up on oral care..My Doctor recommended Cox Pharmacy and I was helped with such one on one courtesy. I almost forgot what actual CUSTOMER SERVICE is like.

100% the worst customer service experience I've had at any store in my life. Ordered a refill of my anti-seizure medication, and regretfully this medication is a scheduled narcotic so any pharmacy is strict on not refilling early. This pharmacy stated that they had misplaced my refill request when I phoned them the following day to inquire why I hadn't received notification that it was ready. The pharmacy tech assured me that it would be ready by 5 PM. What this pharmacy tech failed to mention to me was that due to a staffing issue, the pharmacy was also closing at 5 PM. I arrive at 5:30 PM after getting off work to find a closed pharmacy, and I'm now out of medication all due to the poor management. The following morning was a Sunday morning, meaning the pharmacy does not open until 10 AM. I arrive at the drive thru window at 9:50 AM to make sure I'm the first in line to get back on track with my medication. At just after 10 AM, the blinds in the window go up and the pharmacy tech locks eyes with me. The tech places a "drive thru is closed today" sign on the window and lowers the blinds back down. Transferred my prescriptions out of this location in less than 24 hours after this despicable experience.

This pharmacy has had a huge staffing problem in the prior 3 months. I want to congratulate those very few who held the place together. They were obviously extremely stressed but maintained a calm friendly environment. I think CVS should give these workers a bonus for superior performance. As of today things are going much better and I would like to compliment Ben for always being especially friendly and helpful. You are fortunate to have such an employee. Always Mr. Sunshine.

The Pharmacy will not answer their phone, pre authorization papers are "sent to your provider" but not received by the provider, and they don't update whether a prescription has been approved unless you ask them to check again. I have had to call my sons physician 5 or 6 times just so they are satisfied that the prescription is okay to fill. On the doctor's end it is always approved. Now that they are "short staffed" they will not fill a prescription unless you ask for it and wait. I understand the drive through being down, but everything staying in process is not helping anyone get their meds. Not very impressed right now.

This CVS is a very busy location. Great location for getting in and out of the parking lot. They definitely could use more help, but every place needs more people. I think it is must better than Kroger’s pharmacy; but that’s my opinion.
