CAS warning. I signed up with another internet provider because the other company offered fiber. I waited a few weeks to make sure I wasn’t going to have any problems with it before cancelling CAS. I returned my modem yesterday and received a call today that they are billing me for the cost of the modem I returned because there was damage to the Ethernet port. I explained to the lady that we always used it wirelessly so there shouldn’t have been any issues with the Ethernet port. She said she looked at it herself and there was damage. I asked her why wasn’t it checked for damage when I turned it in so we could both verify that it was or wasn’t damaged. Her response was we have a couple new people. They are charging me $125 for equipment.

Seems like an upgrade. Soon you'll find they're cheats and scammers just like every other cable company. They also have data caps, which haven't been a thing since streaming became popular. Don't be alarmed when your bill is 90 bucks higher than quoted.

We switched to CAS Cable of Parkersburg, WV years ago when they brought service to our area at a time when we were calling our former cable provider very frequently for service. Since we switched to CAS Cable we no longer had service interruptions and have been very happy with their service. Last Friday, our Router went out during a lightning strike. We were advised by a live customer service agent to come to the office to exchange the box. After plugging in the replacement router, we still didn’t have a signal. The technician on the phone said they had to send service to us. On Saturday At 2:15 Pm, 2 trucks and technicians came and solved the problem and restored our service by 2:30PM. We are very pleased with CAS Cable service.

We have had CAS for a little over 2 years now & have had no issues. If you can get CAS I would definitely suggest you give it a try.

When we first got CAS it worked great. But lately the internet is a big problem. Cannot stream movies and have to connect to internet our selves sometimes. Now a service call is going to be $53.00 if it’s not their problem. Paying 212+ a month, shouldn’t be any charge. I’m very dissatisfied with this. To those who answer this from CAS, I will not call back. I’ve called enough.

I used CAS Cable for 3 years and recently disconnected because I moved. I never in all 3 years had any issues with my internet. They are a great company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new provider or is thinking about switching!

Internet has NEVER ran at the speed they promise and its constantly cutting out. They blamed it on our equipment, started renting theirs, doing the exact same thing. Cant even stream movies because it never stays connected for more than 20 minutes at a time. Extremely annoying especially since I rely on my internet to work.

This is supposedly a 24-7-365 business but after hours there's no way to get a tech on the phone when there's a problem. They must have 24-7-365 support, and not just a remotely located answering service with limited information to help customers. Family-owned or not, if they are serious about providing 24-7-365 Internet, cable, and phone service, it is IMPERATIVE they have appropriate support available. Not just during their limited office hours. Having worked in such an industry for over 32 years, I'm probably being generous giving them 2 stars. Tonight is not the first time I've had this after hours problem in the year or so I've had their service.

Just got them because optimum kept dropping signal and poor speed. Had my brand new service not even a hour and my 1gig speed was 65mbps. Then dropped completely! I shouldn't have to call about poor service an hour after getting new service! Very disappointed
