Quality merchandise and great selection, with friendly and helpful staff. My "Birkies" are my favorite year round sandals, and they last for several years with proper care. The store offers many other brands of shoes, along with handbags, clothing, and gift ideas. If you stand on your feet a lot, you'll find what you need for comfort. Groovy :)

Their shoes are high quality and last. But most importantly, they are comfortable. Renees does Layaway, which I prefer over credit. I found 4 pairs of great shoes in one day. I'm on my 3rd pair of Danskos in about 9 years. I still have my original pair that I wear to the garden. Another comfortable brand I have purchased is Vionic. My favorite comfortable sandals are Onfoot. I hadn't heard of Onfoot until I tried them there. They won over a Birkenstock I was trying on. Friendly service, too.

Fantastic selection of high quality shoes. I needed nursing shoes and they had a lot of options. They have a beautiful selection of women’s shoes. They have great mens shoes and kids shoes too.

The store had a good selection of shoes, but you could not move around in the store. Boxes EVERYWHERE - it almost felt like I was in the stock room. No employees could even move around to be helpful. They might have good merchandise, it was just overwhelming to navigate.

Tonight was the first time I have visited Renne’s Birkenstock. The associate was close by when we walked in & immediately helped me. I having been having extreme feet pain and she helped me find the perfect sandals to help me. I get a lot of anxiety when people see me on my bad pain days. I felt comfortable with her and not overwhelmed. She helped me. At check out I told her just how wonderful her customer service is. Thank you for making this so easy for me. I will definitely be back for more Birkenstocks!!

This is the very best store for birkenstock shoes. I drove 2 hours to shop here. This is my 5th pair love them.

Didn't have any shoes I liked. There shoes are overpriced. Also went to the Shoe Dept. In the mall. Saw some Birkenstock shoes there too. My daughter-in-law let me pick out what I wanted, and paid for them. I got a pair of black Sketchers. They fit well and are comfortable. Thank you Jennifer

Limited selection and the employees weren't the greatest to interact with. The place wasn't busy, and had to get someone's attention for assistance. Will not be returning.

Only place for shoes that mold to your feet so they feel like your not wearing any. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices aren't expensive if you need comfort and a stable back.
