The first time I went in there I was taken care of along with the second time. The third time I took it there was for tires, alignment, and a state inspection. Well we had some issue with the registration. We left the car and went back once it was taken care of. As we was leaving I was stopped and told the car needed front brakes. I informed them I had the front brakes and would do it myself. I get home and I am a state inspector and I checked the pad wear. They where 3 mm which they need to be done but a sticker could have been placed on the car. I also checked the sheet that was given to me for the alignment. When pull the call out and checking the front end to make sure there is not loose parts you get the steering in the green for what is called the stright ahead to see if the tie is out. Well the stright on head was in the red. I looked at the tie rod ends to see if the nut was busted loose and could not tell. There was antiseize on the tie rod end and the nut so I let it go hoping the guy wasn't ripping me off. Well when I get back there the only thing I brought up was the fact a sticker could be placed on the car. Jr informed me they could not with the pads being at 2mm which it true but they was three. Like I told them I was a state inspector. If I gauge the pads and they was threes I would let it go and let them know.
