Phil was great to work with. I was working with him for a year and half on ordering me a maverick. I was very excited when it finally came in. Drove over two hours to go pick it up to only be screwed over by the managers on a trade. Literally tried to low ball me over 5k by the own value on their website and wouldn’t budge. They literally sold a vehicle similar just two weeks ago for 8k more than they offered me. I would beware of this dealership they are the meaning of a stealership.

Dealer said they would "NEVER" charge over MSRP. Well that was a lie. Bought a new truck once but never again. Greed got in the way.

Made an appointment and waited 2 hours for an oil change. So next time I make an appointment drop it off early and 4 hours later it's still not ready! This is ridiculous! Excuse given is they got backed up and only solution offered is to have someone give me a ride back to Astorg so I can get my vehicle and again bring it back another day, terrible customer service!

SERVICE: Nice people, but the work was very sub-par. Every job I had done here had to be redone at another dealership to either correct or complete the job. Everything. Communication could be better as well. My last trip figuratively and actually resulted in starter damage to the vehicle that was verified by another dealership mechanic. This required replacement at my cost. I see no reason to purchase or service my vehicle at Astorg Ford as a result of my experiences. I have no faith or trust in this business any longer, and as such, will never return for any reason (Sales or Service). I will go to another dealership for all my needs in the future.

"100% painless used car buying experience"I found this 2018 Explorer on Autotrader and emailed the dealership to inquire on the condition. My salesperson, Garrett, promptly called me back and really went above and beyond to answer my questions.I am from out of state, approximately 6 hours away. Garrett, took additional photos of the car and made walk around videos, including the underside of the vehicle to ease my concerns of salt corrosion. I felt so comfortable with Garrett's assistance I bought the car site unseen, and then Garrett had it delivered to my home in North Carolina 2 days later.When it arrived, I was extremely impressed with how clean the vehicle is. It has been detailed, had a nearly full take of gas (unexpected), and the condition was absolutely exactly as described.It really speaks volumes about the character of Astorg Ford and their employees, to take this much pride in a 5 year old used vehicle and to make sure everything was perfect.I can't thank Garrett and the Astorg team enough for helping us replace our family vehicle that was unexpectedly totaled by a distracted driver!Even my dopey dog, Rocky loves the new car!

First they wouldn't accept my extended warranty that was bought from a ford dealership. They had my truck for 21/2 weeks charged me 765.00 and I still have the same problem that I did when I brought it to them. Explained what it was doing and they didn't pay any attention to what I was telling them. Will never be back to them again.

0 star review is more appropriate, unfortunate that that is not an option. Our family has had multiple run ins with different aspects of this company and they have all been terrible. 1) The regular service as well as the commercial service department both insisted they did not have my husbands service truck that was left there days before to be worked on (promised to be rushed through as this was used for his daily job), what should have taken a week at most to fix by a normal person took them 3 months, when asked to speak to the service manager after terrible customer service by other employees and not receiving any answers we were lied to and told the service manager was not there… as he walked in a few moments later. 2) Used car salesman stating we could not afford an overpriced $80,000 used vehicle simply because we stated it was in fact, overpriced (the price of the vehicle was later lowered in order to be sold) when in reality, their incompetent service department currently had possession of the previously mentioned $135,000 service truck that we owned 3) A family member came into the new Ford lot spent a couple of hours speaking to a salesman regarding a car she was interested in buying. It was understood that she was leaving, as it was an hour before closing, and bringing her car back the next morning for possible trade in to buy the new car, asked to put a deposit down to hold it until she could get back the very next morning which they denied. Next morning she drives over an hour back to finish up dealings with the car only to be told that it was sold right after she left the night before, with no one having the decency to even give her a heads up before wasting an entire trip. Also, the finance department must have no idea what they are doing as they stated they could only give military discount and interest rate to active military members (WRONG. Simply looking on Fords website tells you they do not have to be active to receive these. As well as confirming all of this information with a much larger, more capable Ford car lot). Honestly, this company is laughable and I have no idea how anyone has anything good to say about this dealership as an entirety.

Had a wonderful experience today with Adam Sprouse . He helped us go through many options that would fit our needs. We looked at F150’s and explorers.. new and certified.. wide range of monthly payments until we settled into a certified blue explorer.Highly recommend you stop and see the salesman today give him my name!! ?

Couldn’t get catalytic converter to fix my truck because they were out of stock,but they charged me 176.44 to tell me it had been stolen. Look at they’re service ratings before you buy a new vehicle here

took my f150in to have catalytic converter replaced after it was stolen. They were unable to get one in and couldn't tell me when they could get one. So I had to take it somewhere else. They charged me 176.44 Bill Clark said that was the charge to look at it

HIGHLY reccomend Garret Caldwell, he made our car buying journey great. Helped us in everyway he could with questions and showed multiple vehicles. Rode on our test drive with us and joked and laughed the whole way. Will definitely come back to him when we get another vehicle.
