I hit a deer. Truck was running fine but needed to be fixed. They had me bring it in on Dec 11th. Today is Dec 26th and they still don’t have all of the parts. They cost me an extra two weeks on a rental car that I shouldn’t have had to pay if they would have waited until the parts were in for me to bring in my truck. Very poor planning. Not very happy.

I got an oil change for my f350 and did a great job. They also found an issue with my truck that i wasn't aware of and got it replaced under warranty

My truck was taken here after an accident and took right around six months to repair. Communication is non existent, so as a customer you must take the initiative. Twice they tried to make me pay for items that was caused by their neglect not the accident or prior problems to my accident. The guy I worked with is no longer there, so that was a whole another issue. My suggestion is this company needs communication and training to make a better customer experience. My parts took forever cause one department plus office did not communicate and I had to suggest items to get my repairs moving faster than a snail pace. Very disappointed and this company came recommended. I should of went with my gut and steered clear.

Took motor home for an inspection and oil change and a new spindle hub on Thursday. Hub took 4 bolts they got it it Friday and finally got Motorhome back Tuesday. They lost my hub cap and their mechanic looked like he walked through oil before he went in the motor home tracking 3 rugs with oil. I mentioned this to the girl up front and her response was. Well we can’t do anything about that. They seem to be very careless. The price wasn’t bad but I figured they were gonna have a storage charge. Both hub caps were on it when I took it over because I wiped them off while I was waiting for them to openService: Oil change
