  This place tries to scam money. i called about my cpap machine bc they never got ahold me and the woman there said our insurance needs us to pay 318$.. so we called our insurance to see why and they said NO , we should not have to pay any money out of pocket bc we have an hra account with more than enough to cover it. So we called back and the rude woman was yelling over top of my wife that our insurance says we have to pay that money out of pocket! so we call our insurance again and have them call them and the woman changed her story to it's their company policy to not use hra accounts and demand cash instead.. needless to say we went with another company.. be careful folks.. do not use this company!

  When I lived in Florida Rotech was great with anything I needed. We moved to WV, it's was new insurance, starting all over with my CPAP, Sheila went above and beyond. She worked diligently to get everything situated. If you have not used Andy Boyds on Southside. You will not be disappointed.
