I have known Fred for about 16 years and he has helped me a lot as he has for my son as well. Fred does good work he knows his business and is one of the best auto mechanics around. Fred will guarantee his work . Fred has a big heart and I enjoy being around him . I have learned a lot about car repair by talking to him...Beware if you are getting on his nerves and he gets the urge he might tell you to go sit in a chair..🤣 Go Fred you are my hero.

This guy knows his stuff! I've went to various other auto repair shops, and they have given me the run around costing me way more in the long run. It took 1 trip to this shop, and he immediately figured out the issues going on with my vehicle. One visit! (Other repair shop I've been to 4 times in 3 months, costing me a $1000, the issue never got fixed.) He's very honest, very respectful, I will definitely be using him as my go to mechanic in the future! 100/10 recommend him! Thank you you for fixing my vehicle, I appreciate it so much.

About to embark on a cross country trip with my girlfriend and our dog, I took my car to a shop I won’t name to have oil change and full inspection done to make sure we were good to go. After paying over a $1000 to have a valve cover gasket replaced on my BMW, we barely made it 200 miles before the engine was pouring oil and I lost almost 5 quarts of oil on the highway. Got a hotel for the night and looked for mechanic in the area that worked on BMW. The first shop that popped up was Alpine so I gave them a call. Fred answered the phone and listened my story, and I told him how we were stranded at our hotel. So he came out to look at my car here at our hotel and took all the information he could. Later that afternoon he made arrangements for me to get the car to his shop and even gave me a ride back to hotel. Now he doesn’t know me at all and still hasn’t charged me a dime. As he has been working on the car for me he found that the issues are results from the work the other shop did and has been in contact with them along the way trying to help get this taken care of for me at no cost to me. To say I am grateful is an understatement. Fred is by far the most genuine, honest and just overall nicest person I have come across. He is an awesome mechanic and business owner with customer service that goes beyond what anywhere else can imagine. Highly recommend him for all your auto needs and you won’t be disappointed!!! To the person who just replied to my review:1. Stop lying to try to make me out to be the bad guy. I'm positive you don't remember me and what you described never happened. What kind of car was it, if you remember me so well?2. You held my car hostage for weeks and intentionally tripped sensors in my car to scam more business out of me.

He is very honest. When my daughter was in from college with a problem with her Subaru he worked me in between things and went above and beyond my expectations to get it fixed before she traveled back

My STRONG suggestion is RUN!!... especially if you are female. He had my Mini Cooper S Convertible for close to 2 months and I ended up with a 650.00 bill to pay. Paying for having it sit on his lot, nothing repaired, a 3rd tow out of there, and finally after 5 hours the police called on me when he would accept my credit card to pay saying his phone was broken n couldn't process it. Please, if you require repairs.. go anywhere but here. I require my car for work and he assured us he was "the best" at working on Minis. Not sure about others... but ours took a tow from this lot, a police call,, 650.00 n another garage. It was a nightmare.If no stars were possible.. that's what I would prefer to post.
