“7/9/24. Today I had my mother at WCH who is handicapped. She is unable to walk and requires a power chair and handicap van with ramp. The vans battery died. I called Daniel from Advance Auto and explained the situation of Mom being stuck in van. Within a few minutes ,he arrived at the hospital and installed a new battery in this 94°temp. There are still good people and local businesses that go up and beyond. I wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to Daniel.”

“Battery died at work had a jump pack thought I had left something on started it, drove home, turned off tried again click click it was done 11 years old time for a new one. Went in to buy one thinking I got this I might be up late but planning a few hours. Tech looks it up goes out side to measure you got the big one Iam thinking great it will be fun wrestling that thing out. Go In side pulls up the number goes back and brings a cart out now Iam thinking is this guy going to help I ask yes I will have it fixed as soon as I find my sockets. Totally thankful the tech did a great job only took a few minutes but after helping and seeing everything come apart it would of taken me a few hours.”
