βClean, discreet, conveniently located, and under surveillance!! I'm currently storing with them now. A lot of different options from indoor to outdoor , all sizes . There is a unit for any kind of items you have to store. Owned by Keaton's Collision center , gated and accessible from 6am to 10pm, the gates will lock on you and u will have to either stay overnight or call Mr.Keatons daughter to come let u out(what are u thinking, I've never had that happen,.never more than once ). Good people, clean ,new, facility highly recommend!!!β

She has answered all of questions and always calls us back when she says she will. We will only be renting from her from now on as her customer service is A+++.β
βBest experience Iβve had with a company in so long. They donβt require my account to be on any type of autopay and theyβre extremely helpful during most situations. Was just spur of the moment needing storage for a few weeks and ended up with them for almost 2 years now. I have never felt better about leaving my valuables anywhere else.β

βOwner is courteous, units are clean, price is great. Answered the call immediately when we moved to milton. I called 4 other storage places and to this day have NEVER received a call back from any but this one.β

βWe where down and out due to covid and this company went out and beyond to help my family so we wouldn't loose the storage and they are still helping due to that we have had 2 storages for over 6 yrs sometimes they are busy and can't directly get a hold of us the same day but they get to us by the next day or two. The people working there have been great too. So as that being said Tri State Storage Thank You from me and my kids.β
βThe area that it's and it's kind of out of the way and it's not very well lit. However, that work at the office are awesome!! They are never rude, even on a Saturday morning.β
