I used to shop here quite often. The staff are typically super nice. Recently I had an issue with an online order, never once did the manager apologize or even attempt to empathize. I was never loud, rude, or disgruntled and yet he just passed the buck. When they finally were able to issue a refund I had to go pick it up. Again, not once did he address me, the issue, or even attempt to apologize for the mix up. It's a shame honestly.
