EXTREMELY disappointed in this bank!! Firing one of your employees after she has been there and given you her best for 27 years, taking the word of a crazy ex husband over hers is completely ridiculous and unacceptable!! She helped us out tremendously after my mom passed away, going above & beyond the call of duty! She does NOT deserve this!!! I would have before this mishap rated a 5 star, but NO MORE!!

This bank was ran by one of our community’s finest, Roberta O’Neil. She is a kind, caring, and supportive member of our town. Unfortunately, she was fired because of things told by a bitter ex-husband. This is a very sad and vengeful action on their part. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone! A corporate bank who claims to be “community” involved would never act on such foolishness. Take your business elsewhere!

Was at one time a GREAT bank to deal with. Sadly the branch manager was fired because of her psychotic ex husband making up lies … I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, I would recommend you do the same.

I recommend everyone to bank at fcb because it's safe and fast and they are good about helping you with anything you'd need a bank for... it's the best bank to bank at to me for sure...
