This would be a great bank if they could hire someone to answer the phone because it’s impossible to get anybody to take a minute to help customers that are unable to come in

Was at one time a GREAT bank to deal with. Sadly the branch manager was fired because of her psychotic ex husband making up lies … I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, I would recommend you do the same.
