I am so disappointed with my experience there tonight. I had my receipt and they would not let me even exchange my items. Shampoo and conditioner that hadn't even been used. Tried to say there was water in it. It was like that when I bought it. The whole reason I tried to exchange it. I think Riteaid will get my business for these items. Even if I have to pay a little more.
