The ladies working tonight were extremely rude and closed and locked the door early when they saw me and another car pull into the parking lot at 11:55. Very unprofessional??

Ladies were very rude and didn't ask if I had a points card and wouldn't give me my points for gas.... we barely have money for gas... they didn't have to be mean to me, and then was rude again when I came back in to get my change they even rolled there eyes... very rude people...

Easy to get too. Cheapest gas prices around. Plus you get to take the Kroger Points discount for another .10 off a gallon. Lots of items inside to get. Good friendly staff and affordable prices. Not other convenience stores who jack up their prices just because you're in the store.

Pumps are slower than a snail. The man at the pump beside me said his is moving slow also. 2 people cannot pump at the same time.

Very disappointed with this company. It's been about 3.5 months ago since this happened but I went in one evening to withdrawal some cash out of their ATM at their Oak Hill location, $120 to be exact and it never dispensed the money. So I go to one down the street and use another ATM. A few days later I see my husband's account had been overdrafted because their ATM still took the money out of his account even though it never dispensed it. So I go talk to the manager who assured me she would take care of it that she had to get ahold of the owners and they would fix it. WEEKS go by and the manager keeps telling me they're still working on it giving me the run around. She even lied to my husband and said her hands were tied because I disputed it with the bank all the while telling me something different. I DID NOT DISPUTE IT WITH THE BANK BECAUSE I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. So I ask her to give me the owners number because I was tired of getting the run around and she would not give it to me. So we tried to Google it and ended up getting the owners wife at home who was very nice and had her daughter call us back. She tells me that she had already told the ATM company to put it back into his account to just give it another week and it should be back in there. We wait 2 weeks, mind you we are 6 weeks into this fiasco, and nothing. The whole time getting told different things from the store manager. So I ask her to give me a number to call the daughter again and she refused mind you this is a store we frequent almost Daily for the past year and a half and the employees including the manager know me, all about my complicated pregnancy, and even one of the employees sons I paid to keep my grass cut the whole summer. So I tell her we know where the office is and we would just go down there to try and find out what was going on. Within minutes the daughter calls my husband and tells him that she told me weeks ago I had to call and dispute it with the bank! LIES!! Mind you in this period of time I had my now 3.5 month old baby and my husband had been laid off from work and they were fixing to close his account due to inactivity since it had been 7 weeks since this happened and a month since he'd been laid off from work and we REALLY NEEDED our money. Now whenever we go in their the employees especially miss manager are rude to us, roll their eyes at us and REALLY upset me. I even cried because not being from here I haven't really met any friends here because it's hard with a newborn and small children but I talked to these girls daily and they knew all about us. And would ask about my pregnancy and the baby before this happened. So Ball Oil I hope you got good use out of the money you STOLE from us. I mean you even told me the ATM was empty at the time was why no money was dispensed to me. Not only did you cost us the $120 but also the ATM fees, overdraft fees and making the hardship we were enduring that much greater. You people and those employees make me loose hope in humanity. And for the RECORD people reading this review WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY BACK FROM THEM.
