I called and asked the service dept. if they could unlock and program a factory stereo and they said yes but when I took it in they said they couldn't do it and charged me for the service. They need to work on customer service and not charge for something they can't fix. Definitely not going back!

Went to get a sticker and an oil change n tires rotated I was there at 8 they took it right back n they were finished by9 thank u king coal

Should have bought our Equinox there, they were so nice, honest, but when we went back to buy it, it was already sold, too bad, found another just like it at Crossroads Chevy, sadly dealt with them, never again, don’t ever want to go back for service so will visit King Coal soon. The salesman was great, price decent, very difficult trying to get same deal offered In Oakhill, took two hours to get out after agreeing to Deal, Financing office was terrible, was on way out when we finally got served, they gave us the wrong payment plan and starting date,no extras, nothing for Vets like most Auto Dealers, was late on clean up and Delivery, did not show us how to use any of the Safety Features which is why I bought the Vehicle, overall, A terrible experience and even now, I dread to go back there for services needed now, so hope King Cole can help me with all the above, they have an excellent reputation vs what Crossroad offered, Respectfully, Rev. Your service Department Manager ( Mr. Johnny Rowe) Is AWESOME, he cared about my concerns with a problem I had with my truck and Mr. Rowe went way above and beyond to take care of the issue, and was always a pleasure to talk to. Chris Ward of King Coal Chevy is an excellent salesperson to deal with. He was a straight shooter, and worked hard to get me into the truck I wanted. Ultimately, I got to get into a truck that was nicer than I intended. I would highly recommend him!

I am 74years of age. I have been to many dealer ships, this is the best I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. I was treated great before and after the sale, always friendly and will take time with you to answer your questions.
