Worst hair cut I've ever had!! Not only was she rude when I walked in she was rude while cutting my hair. She only said what are we doing today. After that no other talking besides relating to the cut.It was super awkward. Every hair dresser I've ever been to has always made small talk and got to know their client, she didn't care. As far as the cut I simply asked for a trim and to even out the framing around my face. What I got was way shorter than I asked and chopped to hell. The layers are all throughout my hair and they are not even symmetrical on both sides. It litterrally looks like a toddler cut my hair. I do not recommend this particular hair stylist. I did not get her name as she never told me. Not sure about the other one there. However after my experience I will never go back nor recommend any one their way.

Missy gave me a great haircut. She knew just what my shaggy head of hair needed! This is a simple salon, not fancy. Clean and bright. Friendly and skilled hair dressers. Fair pricing, $20 for a haircut, cash, no credit cards. Happy client!

Most barber shops and beauty salons are grateful for a customer's business and show some respect for a customer's time. This is not true of Image Keepers. Too many times, I called to make an appointment but only reached their voice mail system. I've left messages for a call-back, but rarely have my calls been returned so I can make an appointment. There is nothing exceptional about this shop and there is no reason to put up with their disrespect for a customer's time.

I know this place has good reviews but I’m going to be the bad guy. I needed a trim and tried them out. Never have I paid $20 for not being asked if I wanted a wash, not even offered. Sat in a chair for a quick description of what I wanted and out comes the spray bottle. I was never turned towards the chair to see what was happening, basic stylist 101 I think, and had to ask more than once for more attention in certain areas. And then no drying or styling offered. To top it off being told twice that I had weird hair.
