The girl working was swamped. Should have caught her name but she was awesome! Never could you tell she was overwhelmed. From experience I know how important it is to keep your cool under pressure and I saw a master at work today. She was great. Shouldn't subject her to such conditions but you have an employee who is gonna step up! Thank you ma'am!
