this big lots is absolute trash. the store is cramped and disorganized, dirty floors, bathrooms are a mess and the employees are disgustingly entitled. the younger ones are complete dunces at their jobs and the older ladies think they run the show with nasty attitudes. miserable folks and a barren store with employees that get paid to sit around behind the counters talking and on personal phones. and this opinion doesn’t come from one visit, either.

Me and my wife literally stood in the furniture room for 30 minutes and nobody came to assist us. On our way out, Four of the staff members were sitting on the chairs up front talking to each other while we were completely ignored.I'm writing this from the comfort of my new couch from Rent A Center. It could have been from Big lots.

Good bargains and a variety of products! We love coming here during the holiday seasons and browsing their decorations. Nice furniture here as well. The workers are very kind and helpful.
