We have just rented our 3rd unit at Mini Mall's 1st Ave South facility in Nitro, WV. The facility is clean and secure. The administrative staff are always curtious and professional. Storage Specialist, Jolinda Case made our most recent rental seamless. We highly recommend Mini Mall Storage for all your storage needs.

Paid for the month only to be excited from our unit with a 2 day notice. I am currently homeless and it was very difficult to get my belongings there to begin with now I am going to loose everything I’ve acquired over the last 25 years after I paid for the unto for the month. Terrible customer service very rude employees. I would not recommend!!

My personal lock was removed from my unit without my knowledge and I was not made aware until I attempted to enter my unit and found a lock placed by the facility. I inquired about this issue and this is when I was informed my unit was broken into and my televisions stolen. The manager, Pete, talked over me the entire time I was inquiring about this issue as if he was trying to cover up the facility’s wrong doing and I was directed to call the “insurance company” but they were conveniently closed and Pete stated they would not check the cameras until a police report was filed. I was also charged 4 late fees, $10,$10,$50 and another $30 for a total of $245 when the unit is rented for $170. Strange that Pete drives a Mercedes when running a shady storage space.

I was in need of a storage unit so I went online, made some phone calls and of course all I could get was a call-center. I was inquiring about a particular storage unit that I pass very often in Nitro West Virginia. To my surprise I received a phone call right away from a very pleasant young lady ready to help me. I was invited to come in right and away and view the units they have there. When I got there, that’s when I met Halley. She was smiling, warm, and very happy to help me. She was also very knowledgeable of that facility, as well as others that she managed for the owner. It was a very clean very well taken care of place of business and seemed very secure. It makes all the difference when you talk to someone so sweet and helpful. I sure hope the owners realize what an asset Halley is for them.

Unrealistic rates for what you get. Not to mention price was raised without any type of notification. Removed my items and closed account!
