The salesman, Anthony, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He demonstrated all of the vehicle's features. I made my decision, completed the purchase of my vehicle, and finished the paperwork in around 90 minutes. It was a very relaxed and smooth process.

Superior truck buying experience. Anthony Wells was great to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable but not pushy at all. He was very patient with all of our questions. By far, we were offered the best deal on our trade in and the cost of the new truck than another Chevrolet dealer in the Charleston area. One of the top vehicle purchase experiences we’ve ever had. Will definitely give them our business again. Would highly recommend to our friends and family.

I was greeted shortly after meeting out of my car and was asked how can I help you today. I explained what I was looking for and was taken to those SUVs. After explaining the differences between them and what comes on them I was able to test drive the one that seem to fit what I was looking for. The whole process seemed quick even though the salesman what also learning a new part of the job (finance). They also where very understanding and allowed my wife to come and sign papers the next day due to her having to work. Very good experience overall.

I had a scheduled appointment with Walker Service Dept at 11am. I arrived at 1035am. I was there until 5pm (a little after). I did not have a problem with waiting there at the location because they have a clean, peaceful, accommodating location for people to wait for their cars to be serviced. The issue I encountered was the amount of time the tech worked on my vehicle opposed to the hours they tried to charge me for (6hrs of work) **(Technicians Actual Work Time (2 hours) **(Actual Time My Vehicle Sat (4.5 hours) ME: VERY DISPLEASED WITH THE DECEITFUL BEHAVIOR OF THIS LOCATION Service MGR & SERVICE WORKER: No one apologized, No one explained their reasoning for lying, and no one reviewed the services rendered and that if anything appears to not be working properly once the work is completed to bring it back and they will be sure to fix my vehicle! Very unhappy with this location!

Every step of my purchase was exceptional. Even though I had to wait for my vehicle to arrive everyone was invested in making sure that I got the vehicle I wanted and making sure I was kept informed about what was happening. Thanks to Chris, TJ, and the Sales Manager (sorry can't remember his name). Top notch crew.
