It would be easier to get well if your pharmacy techs didn't set aside a customer's prescription for FIVE HOURS, forcing the customer to CALL to find out why they haven't gotten a call, only to be told they had trouble getting it through on a very common insurance. And by a miracle it goes through when the customer calls.That is EXACTLY what happened to me.I switched to Walgreens in the hopes you would be better than CVS.I guess not.Susan W. On several occasions, after waiting for my town's Walgreens to fill prescriptions, I've called and transferred them to this store last minute. Each time they were ready before I got there. Literally 10-15 mins, and the staff was friendly, even though I was that last minute customer. I'm making Nitro my first choice pharmacy now.

Its very clean and sanitary and they update you if you have prescriptions. Nice help.
