“Car died in South Charleston today at an Advance Auto store. Called Abbot’s and they were there, had our car loaded and on the way to our mechanic in St. Albans within 45 minutes. Excellent service, Bud was so friendly, helpful and extremely good at his job. I was shocked at how reasonable they were…by a stroke of luck we had their number written down in our auto manual. Have never had to use a towing service before but if I ever need one again…it will definitely be Abbott’s!”

“Dale was more than super helpful on a Sunday after noon! We called about getting a vehicle towed a few miles and he was quick to answer all our questions in which we called back to schedule it because we weren’t there with the keys. I thought I was going to be early, but when I pulled into the parking lot he was already backed up with the flat bed tilted back ready to load. I jumped in and put it in neutral and he had it loaded and strapped down in 10 minutes and we were on our way! I needed the car unloaded in a tight space, which to find out wasn’t a problem either! I would saw the job was less than 45 minutes total! I paid him (no tax for towing fyi!) and he was on his way! Top Notch Professionals! He may of not had the newest, flashiest, or brightest truck, but if you know you know that stuff doesn’t mean you can drive and tow! Hire these guys! He also has a mechanic and body shop as well I believe!”
