I found a 10-12 inch crack in my windshield and they got me in very quick! They finished an hour and half faster than the time the appointment was scheduled for! Great customer service

Had it set up to have a windshield replaced today, it was confirmed yesterday afternoon via text message and when I called today they told me that my appointment had been cancelled the day before yesterday with no notification of it being cancelled. I would not recommend this company to anybody as they are unethical, immoral and very unprofessional.

While traveling up to West Virginia, the very small pebble damage to my windshield started cracking... and with the unexpected high temperatures I could watch the run get longer - clear across my windshield. So, it was time to do something about it! Went online to locate nearest Safelite and found this one. But I got a bit discombobulated with the address and the exit to take. Address states Charleston, but you take the Cross Lanes exit. (Backstory: because of casino - it has to be within an incorporated town or city - it was therefore annexed by Charleston! And more than one address had to be annexed!)
Anyway, booking an appointment was easy. Got there a little before schefuled time as suggested. The technicians, Zackary and Tyler, got on it right away. In the meantime, I enjoyed some good coffee and read my book. The repair took about an hour, 30 minutes to an hour LESS than estimated!
Darren at the front desk was really helpful, filled me in on WV requirements AND found another discount! Talk about optimal customer service!!! Darren even went an extra mile by calling me, informing me I accidentally left my jacket and would hold it for me!!! The employees at this location deserve a great big "shout out"! Thank you!

Good experience here getting my Tesla windshield replaced. Originally ordered the incorrect one but they re-ordered and replaced it within 2 weeks. Calibration done as well. Very good work.

Showed up last Monday for a glass replacement. They called after I dropped car off saying that the windshield they got in was the wrong size. Asked if I could come in Thursday when they got a new one in. Told them no I have work, can't until next Wednesday. Showed up on Wednesday(today). Told me my appointment was NEXT Wednesday. Lied to me about parts availability to cover up the fact they scheduled for the incorrect day. Left. Decided to take my buisness elsewhere. Unorganized and don't communicate very well. Why did they ask me if I could come in 2-1-24 if there's a parts shortage?

I have a 2016 explorer and had the front windshield replaced. The side trim is extremely crooked, lower cowl trim is very loose and the upper trim seal is dry rotted and was not sealed propperly. Worst job I have ever had done on any of my vehicles. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

No experience with the glass, but the fact I could not Reach a human made me so upset I was told by automated that I had to go to website. This is not acceptable to me. I took my business elsewhere.
