I do my own simple tax filing, but I was in a bind and needed the Advance they offer. I asked several questions to be sure of the Advance before I paid $408 to file for the Advance.They said no credit check! Well after filing I wazs turned down because of a Credit Check! H&R has done nothing to make it right for false information on the Advance to get me to file with them.

Initially thought they were professional but I felt something was wrong and rechecked my returns with the free turbo tax calculator and found out they almost cost me $2000 in returns . I went back to H&R and showed them their mistake. All they could say was sorry after they corrected the mistake.

The staff was very friendly. My tax pro Joe went above and beyond. You couldn't ask for a better experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend

The only reason I might not is because of the price. It’s very high. And our taxes are very easy, I did them myself for years & I might have to go back and start doing them again with the price of everything else going up so high too.
