I needed a new card, I got it within minutes and activated it with ease the same day. I was worried I would have to wait and was reassured in a confident manner, which was very kind.

Website said they were open until 6. When I got there with my 10,000 dollars to buy a CD, only the drive-thru was open, and told me I had to come back when the lobby was open. Maybe I'll go to another bank with my $10,000

I just came through there at 5:05 to deposit money through drive thru which it states drive thru is open until 6 but they had already closed. How are working people suppose to make it to the bank if they close before they state the do! I have numerous issues with this bank. Only thing keeping me here is my direct deposits and all my automatic payments coming out which would be too much of a hassle to change everything.

This place is awful It was the worst banking experience I’ve ever had no one was friendly they rudely looked at me and said what do you need? I just left and I will be closing my account here and joining another bank
