Ty Recently I had to use toilet and was shocked at the disgusting state. Zero soap with broken dispenser, filthy floor and no toilet roll. Not acceptable but find no soap in a covid world unbelievable. There is a sign if ever a issue to report to staff who will clean and get you a coffee while you wait. I did not want a coffee but the staff member looked at me blank and then said I'm just finishing shift! He then went in back and came out and jumped into waiting uber. I called customer care who said would pass to area manager. It took various emails and ot offer even a free coffee to keep custom.....I will never return here again as couldn't care less attitude!
