From getting my questions answered, to purchasing & then delivery. Everything was 10/10. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Knowledgeable staff, lowest prices around and quality products made this experience so easy.
I don’t care who you are. When making a purchase as large as a spa, you want to feel comfortable and content that you are making the right decision. I felt this way beginning to end and I owe it to the professionals at Aqua Living Factory Outlet.

We made an hour and half trip to nitro only to find the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman you would ever want to meet.Michael was very pleasant to work with and kept in contact after the sales to make sure everything was good

We like how they emailed us every step of the build process from start to finish. Worksman ship is quality work. Our salesman Mike from the Nitro, West Virginia store was very helpful and knowledgeable and we’ll highly recommend to friends and family. Been in the hot tub every night since we got and we love it! I bought a hot tub! I'm getting too old for a lot of the work I enjoy doing, so this isn't a luxury item as much as it is a recovery item. ?The top portion was when I ordered it July 4th weekend. Now I'm here with the rest of the story.I ordered the hot tub and did not get it for more than 8 weeks. It was almost 10 weeks and it should have been 6 weeks. When I got it I had it placed, the gentleman said that I should not use an extension cord in order to plug in the hot tub. So when I plugged it into the extension cord, the hot tub did not work. I filed a claim with the company who refused to talk to me because it was an extension cord and not an outlet. That would have been absolute useful information to have around July 4th when I could have had an electrician come in and do it while I was waiting all that time. But no. Order the hot tub then wait until the end of September. I get my electrician out who absolutely proved my thought and that the company service lied to me when they said that the hot tub would not work with an extension cord. I felt that was a lie and the electrician, when he came over and installed the outlet confirmed it. Stay away from these people. They do not give you the information that you need when you order the hot tub then want to act like it's not their issue or their concern or I guess I could have mentioned it. No stay away from them. I would give them a minus 5 if I could. It's October 23rd and the new outlet was put in on October 21st. From the end of September to the end of October I still could have been using that hot tub. I do not appreciate being lied to and if you value your money and your sanity you won't appreciate being lied to either.
