Stopped for gas. More than half the pumps were completely broken. Printer and card readers broken on others. Gas was cheap so a long line of cars, trucks and boats on trailers lined up to get the cheap gas.

Employees are very rude and unprofessional. Always using foul language and not caring if they have customers in the store. Guess that’s the kind of service you get when they have young adults working. I asked for 2 packs of cigarettes and they gave me 2 totally different ones and I told them and their response was “well I don’t know what to tell ya, since you left the store”. I in face DID NOT leave the store I was by the doors when I noticed. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!

I think I came in at the end of a battle. It was frightening to hear what these people went through. This is what I gathered and what I heard. WIS is an inventory company. There was a team of 3 that came in March 21. The store manager, cussed, belittle, humiliated these people for 2hrs. All they were trying to do is their job. The team counting the store had to listen to the manager verbally abuse them. They were screamed at and she was screaming for them to get the *uck out of her store. This wasn't the first time. The week before she did the same thing to that team and they left after 2hrs. Yes I witnessed it twice. I was scared of that manager I thought she was going to hit one of the inventory counters. I left and I won't come back. That manager needs to go. Watch the video if she hasn't erased it.

They are out of product all the time, and it isn't clean like it used to be. I've gotten out dated food from the cold case and off the shelves. My biggest complaint is that the card machines are ALWAYS broken.

the have a card machine that is not working properly it takes at least 5 or more try's before it will take your card. I am not the only one having this issue i have seen people walk out because of the issue. now the other one is starting to do this problem also

I used to go in this store every day because it's convenient and close. I usually only buy cigarettes and gas and I'm carded every single time I go in there when two certain people are working. I get it's policy to check an ID for tobacco purchases but it seems a bit like harassment when they know who I am and check it every single day for years. I've had my debit card taken for a purchase under ten dollars and asked for my ID to make sure I was using my own card. And I've never argued or complained any time I've been there. These employees are rude and bitter, and give me attitude for nothing. One has made a rude comment to me before I even walked into the store. Every time I go up to make a purchase, they make it seem like I'm a burden in this store and I know other people have complained of the same thing. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
