$16 shipping cost for a 5 lb box the driver refuses to deliver. Two days in a row I haven’t received my package. This is beyond laziness, it’s straight up theft!!!

Horrible service. They say they won't deliver anything that won't fit in the parcel boxes, I've given them permission to deliver my packages. I don't drive, and my man is off work way after the close. Two days in a row now they said they would bring them and deliver them and nothing. They are all lies and at this point it feels like they are playing games. Going to report to the post master general.

AWFUL SERVICE. Been lied to about them putting our packages in our “mailbox” and everytime they say they corrected it…. Guess what it wasnt. Unbelievable. Poor customer service, poor quality job

The blonde hair front desk lady was rude and walked away from me when I asked her where the other guy employee is. Then I waited almost 10 minutes, she never came back, and someone else came to the front desk. What a circus. Ive never had an issue with my mailman but managment here couldnt be worse? ?

Every single person that works there is helpful, attentive, funny and kind. (I drop packages almost daily.) Most of these reviews are written by Karen's who probably busted in there all "I'm more important than everyone else" and ya know what? You're not. And 2005 called, it wants its hairstyle back, lady.

I stopped at Kwik Trip this morning to fill up my Jeep. A mail truck was at the pump in front of me. As I was pulling out the mail lady yelled "stop! I have ducks!" As some of you may know, Jeep owners give other Jeep owners rubber ducks (duck, duck, Jeep.) She explained she drives a purple Jeep so brings along a bag of ducks on her mail route. She totally made my day!

This office should focus on raising their standards for the cashiers. They give me lazy and impatient vibes. My mail service is great, mail guy is fantastic.

Young people, not attentive to customer needs. Every cashier I have dealt with in my last four visits in TWO months has been lazy, low energy and rude. My husband attends VFW meetings and he has stories about how they treat Veteran employees and Veteran customers. I go out of my way to buy my stamps at the somerset office. I hope the post master comes down his employees.

poor experience in the past when dropping off a package and buying stamps, employee was rude and left a poor impression. i now go out of my way to go to any other post office instead of this one.

They keep marking our packages as attempted delivery around 9:30am everytime we have a package. We don't get any of our mail. The only way we can get our things is if we physically go there and get all our mail/packages. Im getting tired of driving up there because someone refuses to deliver anythingto our place. You know, their literal job..

HORRIBLE post office. No way to contact them. They don't answer their phone. No way to inquire about packages that have no been delivered. If I could rate them a -10 i would!

I had received notification my package was delivered on 12/24. It wasn't. I went to the post office 12/27 to inquire. Everyone was courteous and helpful, including the Postmaster. She stated the package was misdelivered and it would be retrieved.I found it the following morning in front of my garage door, in the snow. That is the only reason for 4/5; otherwise I've never had issues.
