Had them replace a tire for my BMW they came to the house and got it and brought back a couple days later…. My rim was cracked all to hell but was still gonna pay them because they brought it to the house but their credit card machine was down and I travel for work so I told them to call me when they had a new one… they never called and when I called them a female said that they would’ve noticed a crack if they caused one and that she couldn’t find me in the system and she hung up on me when I tried to pay them……. Then I get a note on my door to pay the 120 or they was taking me to magistrate court so I drove down there to correct the issue and they was no where to be found

Since moving back to the area, we have used Cecil's several times. Repairs are never done in a timely manner. The shop is completely disorganized, and they never know where your keys even are. Parts are purchased and replaced that don't even fix the issues. I would save your time and money for another shop that actually will actually repair your vehicle. Most recently, I needed a tire replaced and an inspection done. I was told that it would be no problem. I never did get an inspection sticker and was given the run around and sent to two different local shops to make good on Cecil's promise that he would put a sticker on it because they had lost their ability to do inspections temporarily.

The only thing working in there favor is that they did the work. It was an unprofessional atmosphere. Then theu charged me 50 dollars more than they quoted me on an alignment because "the bolts were hard to get off, and I had to use the torch." I don't know about you but to me that sounds like a scam. If I had went to a reputable shop theu wouldn't have done this. It would have been the same price. I only came here because it was cheaper than NTB and then it ended up more expensive. I am fuming.

They get stuff done right from what I hear but they are expensive. $25 to seat a tire bead on a rim.

Left my car there (appt 1pm oil change and inspection) and I left my phone # to call me if there is an issue or when it done, I moved on with my day while waiting a call . Nothing I called them 5 min before they closed. Will they change the oil and no sticker due to missing fog light (it was in the car)!
