“The Weds before Thanksgiving I was driving from New Martinsville to Woodsfield after work in the pouring down rain. My windshield wipers were not working. I stopped at O’Reilly Auto Parts in New Martinsville. A worker by the name of Tyler Ash was eager to assist with my issue. It was not a simple change the wiper blades project. Tyler went above and beyond in the pouring down rain to make sure my issue was fixed. It was a lengthy issue and he never once complained or made me feel like I was a problem. He was courteous and quick to point out and fix my issue. He was the kind of employee every company should want. Kudos Tyler for being a great employee that night in the dark with pouring rain hitting us, but even more for being a GREAT HUMAN!!! Thank you!!!”

“7/9/24. Today I had my mother at WCH who is handicapped. She is unable to walk and requires a power chair and handicap van with ramp. The vans battery died. I called Daniel from Advance Auto and explained the situation of Mom being stuck in van. Within a few minutes ,he arrived at the hospital and installed a new battery in this 94°temp. There are still good people and local businesses that go up and beyond. I wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to Daniel.”
