Sparkle is a neighborhood food market. Their prices may seem a little bit higher on some things, but they are not a large chain such as Walmart or Krogers. I enjoy going to Sparkle for better cuts of meat, their specials, and their service! They have some of the nicest employees that you will ever find! Lately, I had a young man , Caleb who works in the Deli. Outstanding is all I can say! He went the extra mile wrapping my food so as to not leak, or fall out of my bag. His demeanor was something you do see very much any more. Pleasant, respectful, and truly caring to help you. There also was a young lady who prepared my chicken.She too went above and beyond with my order. The chicken was sooo juice, and delicious! Great job Sparkle employees! Thank you ?

If their stuff is on sale they have good deals but if not on sale to high. She go weekly for deals. Best burger and chicken around. Deli good if things are on sale. Employees fantastic

I give Sparkle Market of New Cumberland 3 out of 5 stars✨For a quick trip for only a few items, it's convenient for town residents, and others in our geographical area...but its prices on most items are ?too high? For serious grocery shopping, my family & I go elsewhere like Kroger's. Incidentally, neither of these is as awesome as PUBLIX grocery stores in South Florida; my husband and I have lived in both?Miami and Ft. Lauderdale? How we miss PUBLIX! But I digress.?The best aspect of Sparkle in WV is its family-friendly ambiance as well as its sweet, wholesome, meaningful community tradition of having local elementary school students decorate cardboard?Xmas trees?that are then hung in a festive display above the aisles in the store. It's always a fun and special memory to look for and then happily find your kids' Xmas trees...my children are now in high school, but the sight of the uniquely-decorated Xmas trees is still enjoyable around the holidays? Sparkle is okay, but not as good as top-notch Giant Eagle, which had previously been in this location for many years. On a final note, I will share that I verily like the actual store name, ✨SPARKLE✨, which shines, connotation-wise, with positivity and promise???

If your smart you'll shop at kroger. The deli serves old expired meat from the meat department and don't even get me started on the cleaniness of the deli and bakery! Everything looks pretty on the outside its behind the scenes that counts!
