“I'm family of course but even when I wasn't the turley always treated u with kindness and politeness when Ted and Elsie were there tim helping it was always a great atmosphere and they knew people were grieving and how to treat them they still do it today tim and lisa do a great job and it hasn't always been easy for them you know it can't be easy to do funerals for u r own family members and still maintain a professional face but they have done it man times over so I say they r great at what they do and I couldn't ask for someone better for our family I rate it 5 stars wonderful people”

Placing a 4:30am call to Dave, to Ernie arriving promptly with his true kindness and empathy was just the start of the beautiful experience of saying goodbye to our loved one. They made sure everything was the way we requested and let’s just say their hairdresser Tracey is phenomenal. My sister had been in the dying transition for over 3 days, to say i was worried with how she may appear is an understatement. I walked into the room with uneasiness and worry - to stand at the casket and see my beautiful sister lying there looking like her true self! There aren’t enough words to describe the unconditional gratitude we have!”
