Absolutely the best staff ever, they go above and beyond for their customers. They treat you like family and always, always go outta their way to help you. I would recommend them to everyone. They been taking care of our family's for many years now and we would never dream of going any where else. A big Thank you to Charlie's for all their wonderful years of Service to our Families!!!!

Before the new management of Charlie's Pharmacy was took over by Kevin Wilson it was a great Hometown Pharmacy where you were treated like family. The new management Kevin Wilson and his new staff try everything they can to make you look like a criminal and also a drug addict. They will judge you on anything they can your appearance how you talk it doesn't matter to them. They are not there to help you they are there for money or she still your prescription. They are extremely unfriendly. I would not recommend this Pharmacy

We have dealt with this pharmacy for over three decades. They are simply amazing. The majority of the time when I call I don't even give them my name, they know who it is. Wouldn't even think about changing pharmacies!!! Thank you to the entire staff for such awesome service.

My son was diagnosed with the flu later in the evening when most pharmacies are closed. The doctor stressed to me that the medicine needed started ASAP to be effective.

It is so nice to know that there is a pharmacy that will help, not only with medication info but will actually get it to you. Kevin and Adriane 2 of nicest people you will meet. It was awesome that Kevin was kind enough to deliver my prescription. I am in Beckley.

Charlie's has always been the best! The staff are quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. It's such a nice feeling to know the people who are dealing with your medications. You can be sure they care about your health and well-being because you know these people personally. Such a caring staff and wonderful owners!
