Went to the beauty counter for new makeup and everyone there was absolutely wonderful!!! They made sure I was happy and sent me out the door with tons of samples of anything I wanted to try!!!

I feel this place is underrated. We went to Penny's first and found a dress for teens Valentine's dance. We then came here, and dang, what a selection this place has. Don't get me wrong, the other place has good stuff, but Belks has a lot more variety, particularly for teens that don't prefer granny dresses.

I love this department store. Beautiful home decor, both seasonal and everyday choices. A wide variety of fashionable women's clothing in all sizes. And, of course, you can always find the perfect jewelry to match your new clothes.

Judy was absolutely the worst person employed by you. 5 people wanted to make purchases at the register next to her location, and she gave an attitude to all of us, she finally sent Loraine over who has awesome people skills and great customer service skills, she quickly made me forget about my bad experience with Judy. I hope you reprimand Judy , she was terrible.
