On our recent trip we encountered an issue with our RV away from home. American Camper RV center was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was incredibly fast in addressing my needs, ensuring that my RV was serviced promptly. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. It's rare to find such a combination of speed and friendliness in service, but this center truly delivers. I would highly recommend them to any RV owner looking for reliable, efficient, and friendly service. Kudos to the team for making my experience a memorable one!

We were passing through & stopped looking for a soft start because our generator took a crap. They didn't have what we needed but Jaime directed us where we could possibly get one. He was incredibly friendly & kind. He even moved his truck so that we could turn around our 40ft ATC. I looked at reviews for American Campers before we stopped & a lot of them mentioned how amazing he was & they were absolutely right! After my husband & I started talking to him I asked his name & when he told me I mentioned how so many reviews talked about him. Even though we didn't purchase anything I highly recommend them!

I am waiting for them to pay me for a camper hitch they removed from the bed of my truck in 2016. 6 years, should have been long enough.

We were recently passing through West Virginia on a family vacation and had a wheel bearing fail on our camper. We lost the wheel and had some damage to our unit. Luckily we were within a few miles of American Campers when it happened. Talked to Gary - he said they were booked up 3 weeks out on repair work but to bring it in, since we were in a bind. We showed up right at 5 when they would normally be closing. After finding out we didn't have arrangements made for overnight lodging, Gary had us unhook, leveled our camper, plugged us in to water and electric, and told us he would leave the lot unlocked so we could come and go as needed. The next morning he brought breakfast to us. We were blown away! Two technicians started working on our camper around 6:30 that morning, and they had us on the road by 9:30! What Gary and his staff did for us was a true act of kindness and we will be forever grateful for the the way they treated us and their hospitality. Thank you!!
