Have used T Body in the past several times. They just repaired my 2022 GMC Denali truck fixing right side of bed. The body repair was flawless, the paint matched perfectly. I am more than pleased.
The new thing this time was they text you pics and progress reports. The truck was done before the due date .
Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed.

They currently STILL have my car even though it was promised to be back to us before Memorial Day. (Went into the shop around April 22)
How many times can they possibly find new damage and or get the wrong parts? Shouldn't that all be found on the first inspection?
Obviously they don't care at all that every day extra they have the car is money out of our pockets.
At this point I will be amazed if I ever actually see my car again.
They definitely won't have our business ever again and I surely won't be recommending them to anyone either.
My husband has had to constantly call to even be slightly in the loop. The service there has gone straight into the toilet. Sad really.
Update: Finally got my car back. Paint job is HORRIBLE. They actually managed to mess up paint on a part of the car THEY DIDN'T PAINT!
I understand that basically everyone in West Virginia is either incompetent, stupid or both but really? You have ONE job. Do it right.
Do not use this place.

The gentleman I dealt with was friendly and helpful. While I was seeking information, the owner entered the office, and he spoke, saying he knew the person whose vehicle I had taken there for an estimate. He, too, was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for assisting someone with limited automobile knowledge with respect. Your kindness did not go unnoticed.

I haven’t been to a body shop before, but this can’t be how it was supposed to go. My car was in for bumper repair, was told a 9.5 hour job. 2 weeks later I got my car back. 2 weeks. I was told they had to order parts, then order more parts. Most likely they messed up and didn’t get everything right the first time. Either way it was a mess and working a long ways away, me and my lady, it made it even worse being a car down for 2 weeks. I even spoke with an employee of the shop, I met outside of his work and he said it was a mess up on their end. I will never go back and will tell as many people I can not to use them. Lesson learned

I was sideswiped a few years ago. My little car was brand new. TBody got me in quickly. It was an expensive job considering my car was parked. They did a great job on the bodywork but told me they couldn't finish the pin striping because the paint was too wet. I waited. They never called. I called them. They never called back. Now. Years later, it's still not done. They got paid for it though.

The only place in the area that will take insurance claims with Allstate or any of its subsidiaries. The person that hit me had an Allstate affiliated insurance and I couldn't find a place in Buckhannon that would accept the work as soon as they found out who the insurer was.Great service, weekend drop off was very convenient. Was updated regularly with pictures as the vehicle went through the stages of repair. They said it would take two weeks and that's when I got it back.I also left a jacket, boots, and various items in the passenger seat. They were neatly folded and placed when I picked up. Nothing to do with the quality of repairs, but I was impressed they were neater than I'd left them.Rear bumper and hatch were crumpled and it looks like new now. Would use again.The only downside was a 3 month wait for appointment, but I can't fault them for that because it was the same story with every other garage.Services: Painting

I had some scratches on my fender and bumper and was told T-Body was the best in the area.I called and was able to get an appointment in two months; a long time but they were exceptionally busy which is expected for a top-notch body shop.As the appointment neared, I received a text with a link to a repair status site - WOW! Love that I could see when the work was started and an estimate cost of all the work to be done. I was able to drop my truck on a Sunday night with the convenient night-drop-window.When my truck was ready, the site flashed my truck was ready for pickup.The truck was ready within the estimate repair timeline which was very appreciated.When I arrived, I was met with courteous smiles and chatty banter.I paid and received important instructions on washing my vehicle, etc.I truly appreciate the professionalism and exceptional work done on my truck bringing it back to looking like new.I highly recommend you use T-Body.
