Absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond. I found a kitten on the side of a dirt road and they really went out their way to find this kitty a good home. They also offered to cover the kitten’s shots and also neuter him for the new owner. I can’t thank them enough for what they did, they really went the extra mile and you can tell that they really care about both the owner and their soon to be pets.

I love the idea of making sure animals go to a good loving home. I applaud everyone who try their best. Please make sure you advertise what would disqualify you from the adoption process. Did I get upset because I lived too far away? Yes I did. I drove all the way over since they were having an adoption at PetCo today. We Bark was highly recommended by someone and I saw nothing on their Facebook page that said anything about automatic application rejection. I live a little less than two hours from PetCo. They claimed that the ride was too much of a hardship on the kittens. I respect that everyone has an opinion and has a right to one , but someone drove those kittens to PetCo . The kittens then stayed in a mesh crate the whole 3 hours they were there. Next they have to get the kittens back in a car to get back to their destination. Also, I witnessed the lady ahead of me look defeated when she brought back her unfilled out application. I had to hear the lady behind the table say "that was the best decision" the her in a not nice tone.I did not yell or make a scene. I cried as quietly as I could because I felt like a failure in front of my children. I have an animal science degree. I even had a vet class and had to go to my professor's clinic, so I understand everything that goes into raising an animal. Let alone all my experiences from actually having animals of my own.

Cat adoption day at PETCO! Total waste of time. Not only are you not able to bring a cat home the same day, they also want to come and inspect your home before being approved for adoption, OH yea you also aren't allowed to pick which cat you want either... so I don't understand the point in having a cat adoption day at PETCO at all. Also, to the lady with a whole bunch of kittens, you're down right rude. Sorry my family was getting on your nerves lady. We had every intention of adopting a cat today but your bad attitude changed our mind... if you're going to work events like this, please work on your customer service skills as well as your attitude.
