“I had taken my lizard here when I knew the outcome was not going to be good. Everyone here was very kind and compassionate and I even received a condolences card in the mail afterwards. Yes, we waited a long time, but that happens at an UC/ER place when more urgent patients come in and I do not fault the employees for that. “I was browsing through Google and came across this clinic as I was looking for a place to get my dog neutered. I scheduled an appointment with them online, and they confirmed it right away. Fast forward to the appointment, the staff at Tiffany Dlesk Clinic were very accommodating and nice people. They cared about my dog's health, kept me informed about things I needed to know about the surgery whenever I dropped my dog off, and also explained some things about aftercare whenever I picked him up. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Reasonable & affordable pricing and most importantly, they CARE. Although my dog has already been neutered, I will definitely come back here again to get my dog vaccinated and anything they have to offer my dog.”
