Stylist: Not sure she did t give me her name and all I wanted was eyebrows trimmed up. Left there with one eyebrow way different than the other and wax in my hair and down on my eyelids. Not a very good job nor experience.

My husband showed Terri prim a picture of what we wanted for our son's haircut. What she did was disgusting and extremely short nowhere near close to the picture of my husband showed her. I called the corporate office because it was so bad I sent pictures to corporate office and corporate agreed there's no reason his hair should be this short. We did get a refund but absolutely hands down will never return to that salon. I hope that Terri prim loses her job because she has zero business cutting anyone's hair if she can't follow simple direction.

Robin at the Walmart store in Moundsville, WV. Always does a great job with my hair. Very nice professional lady. Always friendly and nice every time I go in. Always enjoy talking with her when getting my hair cut. Great job she does!!!

I had my hair cut at Great clips on Wednesday. They did a horrible job. Went to Smart style this morning (Friday)and Robin did an amazing job. She is so friendly and does such an awesome job. If you’re in Moundsville WV and need a good looking haircut go see Robin. The company better appreciate her because she is top notch. Ty Robin for a wonderful haircut

My experience is always great at the SmartStyle located inside Walmart. My hairdresser Robin is always so kind and always does exactly as I ask. I have went there for more than a year and I get so many compliments on my hair. I highly recommend Robin to all my friends. Always a pleasant experience ? she also has done my fathers hair and it always looks so sharp and clean!

Got a hair cut and a beard trim, asked to cut the stragglers and take some poof out of the sides.... She cut 6 INCHES off my beard. I remained polite to her but I'll never be back, and if you don't want to lose your beard don't go.

first want to apologize I did not realize my review of one star was submitted. I must have been working on the review and submitted it before I was done. I actually had a fantastic experience. I had went 30 minutes before the place closed. So I would have completely understood if they did not want to cut my hair, however the girl took me with no issues. Cut my hair just like I asked. I was so impressed I actually tipped her more than I normally do.
