PROS: They got me the same day! They were very nice.CONS: Pricing for tax returns outrageous. They wanted to charge me almost $600 for filing my tax returns. Thankfully they matched last year's which was $279.00, but still on the high side.I'll return if I have the funds to pay for tax returns. I'm sure next year's will be more money.Nobody should have to get a loan out to pay for tax returns ?

I’ve went here for the last 5 years to do my taxes. Dawn is very easy to work with and explains everything throughly.. never had an issue, highly recommend!

I have been going here for the past few years. The past 2-3 years I have had Dawn Minor-Cook prepare or taxes and I absolutely love her. She helps us understand what is going on with our taxes and makes it an enjoyable experience. Will continue to go there and have her do them.

We have done our taxes Here for 4 years And Funny HOW ,We just got thing in the mail Were Its saying. NOW up to $3,250 LOAN ,Funny how we were told Max was $500-800 dollars I have the paper for loan states Max loan Liberty can Do ,Were getting back well over $5,100, And for us to Only get $800 loan is Extremely disappointing,Also The child tax Credit $1,000 Extra per kid doesn't Go in to affect Untill Next year ?

Sat in the waiting room for 4 1/2 hours. Wanted to file long form so I could itemize. Well the tax worker didn't put any of my stuff into the computer to file it. She filed me as a simple form and lost me over 3000 dollars. Then she told me I would have a check waiting on me the next morning for the refund loan. Guess what I was denied it. Not once did she say anything about the possibility of being denied it. Would not recommend anyone to use this company! They will over charge you to screw up your taxes when you can do that yourself
