Already hard enough having to check online inventory for all of the Krogers, Walmarts, Walgreens, and CVSs in the area for my sons formula because it’s never in stock and of course when I have to call the customer service desk of Kroger in Moundsville the customer service desk lady has to have an attitude about having to go check, “you have called here before about this haven’t you?” Yeah obviously months ago because my baby needs formula? Don’t know how people have the audacity to be rude over having to do the job they’re paid to do and over baby formula at that ? Won’t be shopping at Moundsville Kroger anymore..

Shop here often. Went to get pop, sign in front of coca cola 12 packs said 4 for 15.00. They weren't. It was a sign for 6 packs of bottles which were no where near the adverisement sign. Bait and switch?

I go out of my way from Bethlehem West Virginia to shop at this location. I visited your store today and had a problem with the deli dept.. I went to customer service they gave me a manager right away. E'thel Lewis was very concerned with my issue addressed it in a very professional manner. So kind i appreciated his personality and demineer. Wish all Managers conducted themselfes as he did. My' #1 Grocery store. Thank you E'thel Lewis your AWESOME!

The delivery department is practically useless now. All I've gotten lately are my orders being pushed back to unrealistic times. Probably shouldn't have this Kroger deliver anything.
