This is a fantastic pharmaceutical experience. They are super quick and painless with prescription refills and requests, unlike other pharms like Walmart, CVS and Kroger. I couldn't be happier switching to here from CVS, which was honest to god the WORST pharmaceutical experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and swift, and the building itself is very tidy/professional. Certain staff now know me by name too, so it makes checking out there quicker than ever.
Any Moundsville locals in desperate need of a change in a provider for prescription meds, definitely switch to here. Even the swap is painless!

Jason and all the staff, especially Josh are beyond amazing. Customer service still exists here and it’s a wonderful experience each visit. So thankful for this pharmacy! When the office at the pharmacy is willing to talk to your doctor about the medication on the phone so there is no miscommunication. After fighting with insurance and trying to get things done, So thankful for your help in getting my child her medicine. So thankful you are a pharmacy that is interested in the best of the clients. When I picked up my daughters meds, witnessed excellent customer service from your staff helping folks in line even walking out from behind the counter to help those waiting! Excellent!

I am so glad I switched to Moundsville Pharmacy. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I like that I get a call from a human and not an automated recording when my prescriptions are ready. They always ask if I have any questions for the pharmacist and explain details if it is a new medication. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the superb work!!

I enjoy Moundsville Pharmacy. I sometimes pay a visit just to admire the fish tank. The medicine is good too.
