Want to buy a ring where the smaller stones fall out and then the life time warranty doesn't cover it while implying it covers the entire ring? Shop here! Bought my girlfriend a ring a couple months ago and the stones have already fallen out three times. I will say the employees anytime I went here have been super helpful and do their absolute best, but be careful when buying a ring here.

I purchased a bracelet from my mom in December for Christmas. The girl at the counter processed my credit card using her iPad. The manager was unhappy with it and insisted that the payment didn't go through so I made another payment on the register. I ended up getting charged twice. So I called the Morgantown store and they said that there was nothing they could do about it. And then I tried to call Zales customer service and they kept hanging up on me. So I reached out to my credit card company that I used and filed a complaint through them. Zales Jewelers representative basically told my credit card company that I was making it all up. Even though you can see all my credit card statements that they double charged me!!!! I will never buy anything through Zales ever again! And if you all want to go to that store, just make sure that they process your payment through the registers or they will double charge you.

Incredibly rude. They ignored everything I said, and kept showing me things that were completely different from what I described. After explaining to them several times that I don’t like diamonds, and I don’t want want gold, the sales woman literally rolled her eyes at me. Had I known I was going to be dealing with someone who has the attitude of a middle school mean girl, I would have just stayed home. I will never go to this store again.

Terrible service! The manager and all of the employees are very unprofessional and unpleasant. I drive up to the Washington PA store to get my rings cleaned and inspected just to have decent service. They are always so rude every time I would go there. They refused to clean my ring even though I bought it in that store and they were less than helpful when I purchased my ring. The lady who helped me put my info in the system wrong so I had to spend 2 hours at Washington PA Store for them to fix their mistakes so my warranty wouldn’t be voided. 0/10 would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
