I spent 3 hours transferring from an old old iphone/t-mobile to an android/xfinity and it was the best experience I've had in a phone store. The employees are great and went the extra mile for us. Yall are the best.

Very good experience the lady behind counter, her name started with a J, was so helpful and gave us a good deal to return from breezline ( a joke). The technician was very nice as well and helpful.

Xfinity/Comcast has horrible customer service. Trying to speak to a live person or resolve an issue is nearly impossible. This company would be out of business if there was more competition in the area.

Trash! They Lie about How Much Your Monthly Bill will be! Mine ended up being Double! Can Barely Reach an actual Human Being and Not some Rediculous AI Robot That Helps with Nothing and is Annoying AF Especially When simply Asking to Speak with an Agent! The Agents are Fake too and always Try to Manipulate into Spending More Money Than What The American People Have! Selfish Money Hungry Businesses of Pure Evil! DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Ending service was an hour and a half ordeal. Of course you can’t do it from your account. That would be a sane business plan. You have to call and talk to a retention agent. She was kind and helpful, but our phone conversation was 23 minutes long. That was after I tried working through the chat feature and having 4 dropped calls.I want and need to cancel service. Why make a customers last business with you complicated?

I went here to get my phone fixed after a week of not being able to make or recieve calls. I was told it was a 20 minute wait. I waited an hour before I had to leave because my baby was fussing. I still cant make or recieve phone calls

Joyce was extremely helpful. The manager was also extremely helpful. Because of their service, I give them 5 stars. They made getting new phones and service through them, a breeze. We live in PA, and so far, we've been happy with the service.

They are trying to ruin my credit charging me for a bunch of equipment that I never got. All over a free phone I got with a promotion they were running. And now they say I owe them over 700.00 . What kind of equipment do you need for a phone? I would not recommend anyone to deal with Comcast or Xfinity

Only 1 star because zero isn’t an option. Been dealing with xfinity for years and they have the WORST tech support or any support of any company i have ever dealt with in my life. I would do anything to have a better option around here for internet so i dont have to deal with them ever again. 3 hours on the phone trying to change my phone number and account password and they still couldnt do it. Because you need the password to verify a new phone number. Such a terrible company. They just take and take and invest none of the money into their infrastructure. Hate xfinity

Terrible company.XFINITY MOBILE IS TRASH. . .Customer service is misleading and lacks knowledge of products. This store has the same issue no product knowledge. Had me as having three active phone lines which I've only ever had two on my account promised a refund never happened. Avoid at all cost service area lacks compared to others.

Xfinity is very dishonest.Last Nov. over four hundred dollars was taken out of my account for a phone I never had in my possession.I was turned into the creditors, common sense tells you if corporate refunded me they knew it was a scame. Now one year later I was forced to pay almost another four hundred dollars I sent back for repair & never received phone back.I think all of us should ban together take them to court & get them shut down for fraud.

Went to the store to get information on next steps of getting internet service issues resolved (I work from home and haven't had reliable service for 7 days now) and was basically called a liar. They told me no techs worked the previous day, so I'm not sure who came to my house. (The tech that was at my house was awesome!!) Customer service at the store and on the phone is horrendous.
